1. Introduction

Interni Turnkey Project Contracting LLC ("Interni" or "the Company"), based in Dubai, UAE, operates in high-end interior design, fit-out contracting, and bespoke furnishing. This Code of Ethics defines our core values and principles that guide all business behavior and stakeholder interactions.

This Code applies to board members, managers, employees, consultants, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and anyone acting on behalf of Interni ("Recipients").

2. Purpose and Scope

This Code ensures that all Recipients act with integrity, fairness, and respect for applicable laws and corporate values. It supports compliance with:

  • UAE Federal Laws and regulations (e.g., Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection)
  • International standards in ethics, governance, sustainability, and anti-corruption

Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary actions, termination of contracts, or legal proceedings.

All actions and communications must be honest and transparent. Ethical conduct takes precedence over business gain.

4. Ethical Principles

  • Compliance with Laws: All Interni activities must adhere to local and international laws.
  • Zero Tolerance for Corruption: Any form of bribery or improper benefit is strictly forbidden.
  • Anti-Money Laundering: All suspicious transactions must be reported; partners must follow AML obligations.
  • Fair Procurement: Suppliers and service providers are selected based on merit and transparency.
  • Conflict of Interest: Personal interests must not interfere with company duties. Disclosures are required.
  • Responsible Use of Assets: Interni’s physical, digital, and intellectual resources must be used lawfully and professionally.
  • Reporting Misconduct: Suspected violations should be reported in good faith. Confidentiality and protection from retaliation are guaranteed.

5. Enforcement

Violations by employees may lead to disciplinary measures, including dismissal. Contractors or partners may face suspension or contract termination. This Code is reviewed periodically and updated to reflect regulatory and operational changes.

6. Communication

Interni communicates this Code to all personnel and stakeholders. New hires and collaborators are required to acknowledge and adhere to its principles.
