1. Introduction
Interni Turnkey Project Contracting LLC (“Interni”), based in Dubai, UAE, operates in high-end interior design, fit-out contracting, and bespoke furnishing. This Code of Ethics defines the core values and principles that guide all business behavior and stakeholder relationships.
The Code applies to board members, managers, employees, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and anyone acting on behalf of Interni (“Recipients”).
2. Purpose and Scope
This Code ensures that all Recipients act with integrity, fairness, and respect for applicable laws and company values. It supports compliance with:
- UAE Federal Law (e.g., Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Data Protection)
- International standards in governance, ethics, sustainability, and anti-corruption
Violations may lead to disciplinary action, contract termination, or legal proceedings.

4. Ethical Principles
- Compliance: All actions must respect local and international law.
- Zero Tolerance for Corruption: Bribery, gifts, or improper influence are strictly prohibited.
- Anti-Money Laundering: All suspicious activity must be reported; partners must comply with AML standards.
- Fair Procurement: Suppliers are selected based on merit, quality, and transparency.
- Conflict of Interest: Personal gain must never compromise company duties.
- Responsible Use of Assets: All resources must be used lawfully and for their intended purpose.
- Reporting Misconduct: Violations should be reported in good faith. Anonymity and non-retaliation are guaranteed.
5. Enforcement
Any breach of this Code may result in sanctions, including termination of employment or contracts. Updates to this Code reflect evolving regulations and company needs.
6. Communication
Interni ensures this Code is shared with all employees, partners, and suppliers. All new hires and vendors must acknowledge its principles as part of onboarding or qualification.
