Whistleblowing Procedure

1. Purpose
Interni is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards across all operations. This Whistleblowing Procedure allows employees, partners, vendors, and third parties to report suspected misconduct, violations of law, or breaches of Interni's Code of Ethics in a safe and confidential manner.
2. Who Can Report
Reports may be submitted by:
- Interni employees
- Consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Clients or third parties directly involved with Interni
3. What Can Be Reported
You may report any of the following:
- Violations of Interni’s Code of Ethics
- Fraud, bribery, or corruption
- Health and safety risks
- Discrimination or harassment
- Unauthorized use of company resources
- Confidentiality or data breaches
4. How to Report
Reports can be submitted via email to our dedicated compliance contact. You may choose to remain anonymous. All reports are handled with discretion.

5. Protection and Confidentiality
Interni ensures that all whistleblowers are protected from retaliation, discrimination, or adverse consequences. Reports are handled confidentially, and investigations are conducted fairly and promptly.
6. Abuse of the Procedure
Submitting false or malicious reports may result in disciplinary measures or legal action. Whistleblowing must be done in good faith.
7. Jurisdiction
This Procedure is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
