Our procurement team will review your submission. If shortlisted, you’ll receive a formal NDA for digital signature and may be contacted for onboarding and next steps.

Yes. Accepting the NDA is required for all suppliers to safeguard mutual confidentiality and intellectual property rights. At this stage, you’re only previewing the NDA. If your application is shortlisted, you’ll receive the official document via email for digital signature through our secure system.
While not strictly required, we strongly encourage you to upload your brochure and certifications. These documents help us evaluate your brand identity, capabilities, and positioning—giving your application a higher chance of being shortlisted.
Yes. Once approved, you’ll receive access to a supplier profile portal where you can manage and update your data anytime.

Most applications are reviewed within 7–10 business days. However, this may vary depending on current procurement cycles and project needs.
We operate across the GCC, particularly in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We welcome international suppliers who can serve projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and beyond.
